Deposits and withdrawals

One reserve address in, one float address out.

Every deposit is made to the Jadenex reserve address recorded against your account. Every withdrawal is paid from a separate float address. The two flows are kept apart so that each direction has its own record and its own controls.

Deposits

Your account profile shows the reserve address for each asset together with the deposit reference that must be quoted on every transfer.

1
Read your reserve address

Open the deposit section of your account and select the asset. The reserve address and the network are displayed together with your deposit reference.

2
Send from your own wallet

Send from a wallet or bank account in your own name. Transfers from third parties are returned to source.

3
Confirmation

A digital asset deposit is credited after the required number of network confirmations. A bank transfer is credited after the funds settle.

4
Credited to your ledger

The deposit appears in your transaction history with a reference and is available for trading immediately after credit.

Sending an asset on a network that is not supported for that asset, or sending without the deposit reference, may result in the loss of the transfer. Check the network and the reference before sending.

Withdrawals

Withdrawals are released from the float address after a security review. The float address holds only the balance required to meet withdrawal demand.

Allow list

Every withdrawal destination must be added to the allow list on your account. A new destination is held for twenty four hours before a withdrawal to it can be released.

Authentication

Two factor authentication is required on every withdrawal instruction. A withdrawal instruction cannot be given by email or by telephone.

Review

Instructions are screened before release. Where a source of funds enquiry or a sanctions screening result requires review, the instruction is held and you are notified.
